When do I receive my payout?
| The payout is made automatically once pickup and return are completed in the app and any claims are settled. If you have no extra costs, confirm this in "Post rental claims" so you don't have to wait for the 10-day deadline. The money is paid out via Stripe and normally reaches your account within 3–5 business days. |
