What is the cancellation policy?
| You can withdraw a request that hasn't been accepted free of charge. For confirmed bookings: - More than 90 days before start: full refund. - 21–90 days before: 60% of the rental amount is refunded (not the service fee). - Less than 21 days before, or no-show: no refund. If the host cancels, you always get a full refund. You cancel under "Bookings" in your profile. |
