What happens if I have to cancel a confirmed booking?
| Cancel in Campr as early as possible – the renter gets a full refund. Without a documented valid reason (e.g. damage to the vehicle), you'll be charged NOK 2,000 for cancelling 7–30 days before the rental starts and NOK 4,000 less than 7 days before. Selling the vehicle is not considered a valid reason. |
