Is the deposit reserved or charged?
| As a rule, the deposit is only reserved on your card – the money doesn't leave your account. Some cards don't accept reservations; in that case the amount is charged and refunded after the rental. Your card must have sufficient funds no later than 10 days before the rental starts, and the deposit must be in place before pickup. |
